Should be subtitled 'New 4 Track = New Danger'.

Yes, we got a new 4-track and then went and shoved our heads up our arses. The 4th batch is kind of disappointing and dry; only Escape From The Ballroom and 4x4 stand up these days. This was the last time we segmented our recordings by batches - after this we just kept going, songs getting finished whenever. Giles and I recorded all of this stuff alone - don't know why.

Real Life - Brand New Complication - Now They Can Read Your Mind - I'm Not 'In' Anymore

After completing the batch we started on a new bunch of songs, three of which (Real Life, Now They Can..., I'm Not 'In'...) are really the first great Johnny Domino recordings.
